We have over 48 classes per week to choose from including Spin, TRX, Kettlebells, Aqua Fit, Aqua Zumba, Bootcamp, Yogalates and many more. Classes are free for members.

Circuit class is a fast-paced, full-body workout that rotates you through a series of exercise stations
Aqua Fit
Aqua Fit is a low-impact, full-body workout performed in chest-deep water, using aquatic resistance to build strength and cardiovascular endurance.
TRX
TRX utilizes suspended bodyweight exercises to develop core strength, stability, and flexibility through every movement.
Kettlebells
Kettlebells is a dynamic strength and conditioning class focused on explosive, ballistic movements like swings and snatches to build power and endurance.
Yogalates
Yogalates is a fusion class that blends the core-strengthening and controlled movements of Pilates with the flexibility and mindfulness of yoga.
Gold & Tone
Gold & Tone is a gentle, low-impact class designed for active older adults, focusing on improving muscle tone, balance, and joint mobility.
HIIT
HIIT involves alternating short bursts of maximum-effort exercise with brief recovery periods to rapidly improve cardiovascular fitness and burn calories.
Spin
Spin is a high-energy, indoor cycling class where you ride to the rhythm of the music, simulating hill climbs and sprints for a major cardio burn.
Aqua Zumba
Aqua Zumba brings the infectious dance-party energy of Zumba into the pool for a fun, low-impact cardio workout.
