Is there a St. Patrick’s Day parade in Maynooth?
Yes! The Maynooth St. Patrick’s Day Parade is a highlight of the celebrations, kicking off at 10:30AM just down the street from the Glenroyal Hotel (behind the Maxol station). Why not start your day at Glenroyal Hotel, enjoy some brunch at Shoda Market Café, and then walk up the street for the parade?
Do I need to book tickets for the Family Fun Day?
No pre-booking is required! Simply arrive at the Corrib Centre between 11 AM – 3 PM and pay €10 per child at the entrance.
Is parking available at Glenroyal Hotel?
Yes! We offer free parking for guests attending our St. Patrick’s Day events. However, spaces may fill up quickly, so we recommend arriving early.
Are the kids’ activities suitable for all ages?
Yes! Our St. Patrick's Family Fun Day Kids Club with games, activities, face painting and magic show is great fun for all ages.
Can non-hotel guests attend the events?
Absolutely! Our St. Patrick's Family Fun Day, dining options and bars are open to everyone – whether you’re a hotel guest or just visiting for the day.
