The award-winning Arkle Bar & The Enclosure menus focus on bold flavours from simple ingredients and showcases the talents of our Executive Head Chef Bernard McGuane. Enjoy Steak & Seafood specials every Sunday to Thursday at The Enclosure. Using a Josper Grill, we are cooking with temperatures reaching up to 500 degrees, cooking our meat to perfection. Cooking over charcoals also helps to give our meat a smokey flavour which adds to the dining experience.
