Employee of the Quarter
Every quarter, our team comes together to nominate and celebrate an Employee of the Quarter. This recognition is awarded to a team member who has gone above and beyond in their role, demonstrating exceptional performance, a positive attitude, and a commitment to our core values. The winner is celebrated with a special announcement, a certificate and a reward.
Our Employee of the Quarter program is a testament to the incredible talent and dedication within our team. It’s our way of saying thank you for making Glenroyal Hotel a truly special place.

At the end of each year, we take our recognition to the next level by naming an Employee of the Year. This prestigious award is given to a team member who has consistently excelled throughout the year, embodying the spirit of Glenroyal and setting an example for us all.

Inna Yakovenko
Inna was selected as Employee of the Quarter due to her outstanding performance, dedication to the role and contribution to the team! Inna always goes above and beyond in her duties and sets the highest standard for both hard work and friendliness! We are delighted to have Inna on our team and wish her every success in her future.
Ciara O’Toole
Ciara was voted as EOQ by her colleagues due to her incredibly helpful nature and consistent willingness to take on any task. Our team also noted how friendly Ciara is in every single interaction! We are delighted for Ciara and thrilled to have her on our team.
Stanislav Zhuikov
We are delighted to announce that Stanislav has won our Employee of the Quarter for Q3 2024! Stanislav works as a Painter in the Maintenance Department, although he takes on many other duties and is always eager to help! He will regularly lend a hand to colleagues from all departments, and always with a friendly smile! Stanislav’s positive energy, focus and dedication to his role have all made a significant impact on our team and we are delighted to have him on board.
Mohammed El Manssouri
Mohammed was announced as our Employee of the Quarter for Q4 in 2024, bringing the year to a close. Mohamed has been working in the Kitchen since August 2023 and was selected as Employee of the Quarter due to his incredible attention to detail, and love for the role. Mohamed is an inspiration to our colleagues in the Kitchen, creating amazing dishes with exceptional results. We are very proud to share this incredible achievement with Mohamed.
