‘Tis the season for festive fun, good company and even better food. This Christmas, gather friends, family or colleagues at The Enclosure Restaurant at the Glenroyal Hotel in Maynooth, where our chefs have created festive menus built around the best of Irish seasonal produce. Whether it’s a relaxed midweek dinner, a Friday night set menu, a Christmas lunch with the team or a family gathering on Christmas Eve, we’ll take care of the cooking.
