Naas Racecourse was formed in 1922 in the heart of the Thoroughbred County of Kildare, with the first meeting at the course held on June 19th 1924. The course is left-handed with stages for both Flat Racing and National Hunt Racing. Naas Racecourse staged eighteen race meetings in 2018 with a range of Grade National Hunt races and Group Flat Races being amongst the eighteen.

Naas Racecourse is only a short 30 minute drive from Glenroyal Hotel & Leisure Club. To drive there from our hotel, head west and turn right towards Straffan Road. At this point, turn left to join onto Straffan Road and continue onwards until you meet a roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit and stay on Straffan Road. Continue onwards until you meet another roundabout where you will again take the second exit onto Barberstown Road. Continue driving down the length of Straffan Road before meeting roundabouts that will bring you onto the N7. Exit from Junction 9 to which Naas Racecourse will be sign posted, directing you to their front door.Get Directions
