The Glenroyal Hotel is not responsible for any item that is mislaid or left behind and cannot guarantee that all items will be found. If an item is found in a guest room or within the hotel premises, it will be recorded and safeguarded for 90 days. Perishable items such as food will be disposed of immediately.
Please complete the form below including your full name, mailing address & eircode to which the lost property item should be returned. Also include room number, date of departure and a brief description of the item you are missing. The hotel will contact you within 72 hours of receiving your lost property inquiry.
If your item is found the hotel will contact you to request credit card details to take payment of the registered postage & package to return your item to you.
